[DS] Modern Life: Line-Up

Meet my interpretation of Don't Starve line-up. No, I don't reject the original game style, it's just a fantasy that turned out really attractive. In the very beginning I intended to start a full-length story of a hundred pages just the way I like it, but... well, the niche seems to be occupied. So my story happens to be somewhat of a spin-off. Or a sequel? You decide.

It started with a completely random idea of drawing Wilson and Wes in a modern outfit -- Wilson wearing chinos, Vans and typing on his iPad; Wes in a hoodie and skinnies. Turned out pretty neat, and one sunny day walking down the street I suddenly started making a dialogue between them. Ideas just kept coming one by one, layering on each other, not even a weirdest thought was scratched out, and in the end, I got this. I had enough time to think it through and over, all pros and cons, so here you go. DS guys in the XXI century.

They are different, they should be. Time has its own demands. They live in different surroundings and face different problems. Survival? Magic? Probably. Connection with the original characters? Definitely. Wilson in the first place. Maxwell? Wolfgang? They are sure to join these little guys quite soon. I don't want to be rushed and sloppy (especially when there is one more comic to do), but if I could turn it into a motion book, I'd get to it with a heartbeat. So far... enjoy.
